As Founder & President of Conecta Miami, Jorge brings more than two decades of combined executive leadership in law enforcement, the military, business development, compliance, and international services. His career has been dedicated to public service, relationship building, and business development within the U.S. market.
Jorge’s expertise lies in developing strategic frameworks that integrate enforcement, compliance, governance, and innovation — enabling foreign individuals and enterprises to achieve sustainable, profitable, and fully compliant market entry. He has successfully led initiatives connecting clients across borders, driving measurable impact through structured advisory and strategic alliances.
Under his direction, Conecta Miami has the ability to serve as a leading advisory hub for international business integration, recognized for its commitment to transparency, operational excellence, and cross-border collaboration.
He holds a Master’s Degree from C.W. Post–LIU University and is a graduate of the Six Sigma Green Belt Program at Villanova University. Jorge also maintains multiple professional memberships, licenses, and certifications across diverse disciplines.

As Senior Vice President, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships of Conecta Miami, Inc., Evely stands at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and global business development. With more than 15 years of experience in marketing, strategic partnerships, and international business, she drives Conecta Miami’s expansion efforts across Brazil and Latin America, helping companies and investors enter the U.S. market with structure, purpose, and profitability.
Her work centers on transforming complex business challenges into strategic opportunities. Evely leads initiatives that align market intelligence, financial planning, and real estate strategy with public-private collaboration. She partners with international brands and organizations seeking to position themselves for long-term success, guiding them through every stage — from market entry and brand positioning to growth management and operational execution.
Before co-founding Conecta Miami, she served as General Manager for a global consumer products company, overseeing operations between Boston, Connecticut, and Florida. In this role, she directed multicultural teams, negotiated high-value contracts, and developed international marketing campaigns that strengthened market presence and profitability across multiple regions.
Her leadership is defined by her ability to connect people, ideas, and institutions — building networks that transcend borders and foster mutual success.
